How durable are the 3D and speciality prints?
Our branding techniques are based on premium, industrial-grade materials. Every print is engineered to withstand 50+ wash cycles without cracking or peeling, maintaining its original texture and precision.
How do I care for my Tech Lab garments?
To preserve the innovative textures and finishes, always wash your garments inside out at 30-40°C. Avoid tumble drying and iron only on the reverse side to protect the relief of the print.
What file formats are required for the Custom Lab?
For maximum technical precision, we recommend vector files (SVG, AI, PDF). We also accept high-resolution PNG files (min. 300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds.
Do you offer B2B or volume discounts?
Absolutely. We specialise in high-quality professional branding for startups, sports clubs, and corporate clients. Contact our B2B department for a personalised quote and technical support.
What is the production lead time?
Standard orders from our Custom Lab are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control before leaving our laboratory.
