The Custom Lab Guarantee At PrintoTerra, we engineer products specifically for you. Because items created in our Custom Lab are personalised and made-to-order, they are exempt from standard returns or exchanges.

Defects & Errors: If there is a technical manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size sent or structural print failure), we will replace the item immediately at no cost to you. Please contact our lab within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

The Terra Base (Non-custom items): For standard, non-customised items from The Terra Base, we offer a 14-day return window, provided the garment is unworn and in its original technical packaging.
