Production & Logistics Every order at PrintoTerra is a technical process.

1. Production Time (The Lab Phase): Standard orders are processed and engineered within 3 to 5 business days. This ensures every 3D relief and artisan stitch meets our quality control standards.

2. Shipping Time (The Transit Phase): Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your location and selected carrier. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.

Customs & Duties: For international orders outside our primary logistics zone, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
